Résumé :
Le but du travail a été d’évaluer l’actualité des médicaments galéniques dans le domaine de la pathologie veinolymphatique, et de l’esthétique corrélée.
Les résultats d’une étude, conduite sur un collectif de 50 patients avec varices primitives et 35 patientes avec maladie cellulitique, ont montré que les préparations galéniques ont été plus agréables que celles industrielles, tant du point de vue esthétique que symptomatologique.
Après une description des principales formulations galéniques préparées dans sa pharmacie, l’auteur, en analysant les différentes raisons de leur agrément, conclut que la préparation magistrale offre toujours une importante plus-value thérapeutique.
Summary :
The author reports the experience, gained in his pharmacy, about the galenic preparations used in the treatment of venous chronic diseases and aesthetic related pathology.
The formulations of the main officinal drugs prepared for the different aspects of this pathology are exposed. The results of statistic analysis, in one year of activity, show an important demand of officinal products, especially for aesthetic needs (cellulite and teleangiectasias primarily).
The author thinks that the successful reasons of the galenic preparations are: flexibility of pharmaceutical form, individualization of the treatment based on the patient’s needs and suggestive appeal performed by natural substances.
In conclusion, the galenic drugs, today, cannot be considered unnecessary. They can improve the results of pharmacological therapy, not only in phlebology, but also in esthetic pathology.
